We currently only ship within the UK. EU expansion is not possible due to new regulations for non-EU small businesses, and North American expansion is on hold because tariffs would create a significant burden for both us and our customers.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow two working days to process your order. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, letting you know that it is on its way.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and select your preferred shipping option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within a 5-mile radius of our location.
If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 1 p.m. during store hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., will be delivered the following day, Monday to Friday only.
Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
UK SHIPPING RATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or EVRI, depending on the shipping method selected.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@gabeandco.uk as soon as possible, including your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition.
