We currently only ship within the UK. EU expansion is not possible due to new regulations for non-EU small businesses, and North American expansion is on hold because tariffs would create a significant burden for both us and our customers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have either at an event or by posting it to us. At an event, you will be able to exchange it straight away if we have the colour you would like to exchange it for. If we have sold out, we will post it for a small charge to cover the packaging costs. Alternatively, if you live locally, we can drop off the item at your location and pick up the exchanged item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@gabeandco.uk.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Event Refunds
If you return your items at an event, they must be in their original state, with all tags still attached. You must also have the receipt and your payment card if you paid by card. If you pay in cash, you will receive the total cash amount for the order.
