What is the return policy?

What are the shipping options?

Depending on where you are based within the UK. You will either be given a postal option or, if you live in one of our designated local delivery postcodes, which are listed below.

Do we ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the UK.

We may ship internationally in the future, but we will never ship to the EU due to their new protocols for small businesses outside of the EU. We also won't ship to the US due to the new tariffs that have been brought in, which affect our small business.

When will I recieve my order?

Please allow at least two working days to process your order. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, letting you know that it is on its way.


LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and select your preferred shipping option. Click the "Continue to ship" button. Local delivery is available for addresses with the postcodes:-

CO1, CO2,CO3,CO4 & CO6


If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 1 p.m. during store hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., will be delivered the following day, Monday to Friday only.

Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next working day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking

information.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your order or it has gone missing. Please contact us at info@gabeandco.uk with the subject' Your Order Number', and we will do our best to assist you.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If you have received a defective item, please get in touch with us and we will exchange it for you. If we cannot exchange the item, a refund will be issued, but you must return the defective item to us before a refund can be processed.

How do I make changes to an order that I've already placed?

If you would like to change your order and it has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us with your order number, the item you wish to change, and the item you wish to replace it with. If you change the Item completely, you may be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay the difference.

We are located in Colchester, Essex, UK

Do you attend events?

Yes we do events primarily in and around Colchester but we may do events in and around north Essex/ Suffolk boarder. But please click on Events2025 page for our confirmed attending events.

How are the products made? & Where do the materials come from?

Our materials for collars, leads, wristlets, and other products are sourced from a regional supplier based in the East of England.


All our webbing-based products are primarily hand-sewn.

How can I ensure I order the correct collar size?

All our products include the size in cm in the description, such as small collars that fit dogs with a neck circumference of 25-40 cm; however, there may be a slight discrepancy due to the product being handmade.
